BIO
Richard was born in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, and moved to Montana as a teenager where he graduated from Bozeman High School in 2010. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History in 2014 from the University of Montana. Richard attended the University of Montana School of Law in 2016 and graduated with his J.D. in 2019. He was sworn into the Montana Bar Association in October of 2019. Richard then went on to serve as Deputy Hill County Attorney until the summer of 2021, when he started RTW Law and began practicing criminal defense and family law. Throughout his career, Richard has handled hundreds of cases and tried both jury and bench trials. In his free time, he enjoys going to Montana breweries, skiing, hiking, and boating.
